  2018. Gene stopped by my house to give me an estimate. Was upset because my son and friend were here. They know a little about electric so I was just gettting feedback before the electrician came by.This is a $4000 or more job. I have the right to get other estimates. He refused an estimate and walked away. I tried to call him and he did not answer. Arrogance.

  Mr Hines set an appt for 12 noon. I arrived at 12 noon. He had someone discussing electrical work there. Mr Hines said our appt was for 2pm I said it was for 12noon. Was made to wait hence I said have a nice day and politely left

  Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, professional, courteous and trustworthy. We had most of the house re-wired by them, including a new breaker box and water heater... We were very pleased with the entire experience and the whole team.
