  This is the worst group I ever found in my life. I have no clue how this place run and what kind employee GE hired for this facility. They ship the loaner ultrasound machine to our hospital and we have never requested for that. We called them several time and it is very hard to get any answer from them and then finally they send the FedEx shipping level and FedEx refuse to pick up because wrong type ( Need Crate Pickup) shipping label. After that we tried to call again and again finally Ryan Norman send the another label but weight is 15 lbs and dimension 18X16X 10 Inch. DOES THIS PEOPLE HAVE ANY COMMON SENSE ABOUT THEIR JOB DUTIES? HOW THEY CAN EXPECT TO SHIP THE ULTRASOUND MACHINE IN THIS BOX.
