  The entire experience from the first visit until turning on the generator following full installation went very smooth. The project manager expertly arranged all the related plumbing, gas and inspector appointments. The generator was in stock so everything went very quickly from first order date. The company kept us well informed every step of the way. Our job was a large one as we got a whole house generator. We couldn’t be happier with this company and the representatives.

  They had the generator size we wanted in stock, install rather quickly compared to others we checked and did a good clean job with the install, they fixed the minor things which happened during the initial installation during the finial install /initial test / turnover and handled all the permit process. The PM Alyssa was great to work with.

  I purchased my Generac Generator at Generator Super Center in Mount Pleasant. The end result is very good. I think they had some growth pains with more orders than they could manage, but they have hired a new Master Electrician who is a tremendous asset to the business. I had some special application issues that they had to work through, and they did exactly what I asked them to do. I was patient, and they got the installation done to my satisfaction. I think that the experience they had with my installation gave them a great amount of knowledge and experience that will help them with future installations, and that is the reason I would recommend engaging them for an Generac installation.
