Tony's team from Generator Supercenter came to the house, and did an outstanding job.  They completed the entire outside units with precision and, professionalism. As the pictures will show, they accomplished work that this company should be proud of. Even AEP came out to help with the new power line from the pole to the house. New Generator was placed with the leveling of a solid HEAVY,  concrete slab. Everything thing was Leveling this that and the other. Have to give it up to Tony, Lorenzo & Jerm. Thanks for putting 100% in your work.

Dan O'Neal is the best service tech, so knowledgeable and caring!  He makes sure everything is in top shape, cleaned up after his  work, and checked the frogs under the propane to make sure they were ok. Definitely a five star service!

4 weeks of hell. Anybody else could have done a better job with the install.  They broke our A/c unit. 3 failed electrical inspections and 2 failed gas line inspections. An entire month of a muddy ditch in the yard and a broken fence. Electrician did not clean up after himself and left more than a dozen good -sized chunks of wire in the yard (I have dogs!) Very little communication from anyone at the store, and absolutely no communication between the different incompetent installers, ditch diggers, electricians and plumbers. From day one the process was incredibly stressful. Promises made were broken time and time again. The owner says he is installing 100 units a month and one or two have difficult installations. So I guess you just have to hope you’re not that one or two. They are over committed and just hiring anybody. And it shows. Shoddy work and poor customer service. The owner came to turn the unit on he recognized our yard was torn up and the huge whole left by the plumbers was not right. Promised again to correct it. After a week he can’t find anyone to do it…however he did find someone to send us the invoice before it was finished.

We been talking about installing a Generac for over 3 years and finally pulled the trigger. Usually the good goes untold but this company and their crew ALL deserve a 5 star rating!!!  First trip to their office, spoke with a gentleman named Robert. He and the ladies in the office were well dressed, extremely polite and represented the company as true professionals. Robert was very knowledgeable, patient in explaining the complete process and well versed as to what it takes to estimate a proper sized unit as to what my 4000sq ft home will need.

The office ladies, Summer and Irene communicated with me every step of the process. First came a well-dressed young college graduate (Whoop)  named Roland to access my electrical needs, location of the unit and proper access to sized natural gas for estimation purposes. He was well-mannered and represented the company as a superstar. Summer and Irene coordinated  the process from start to finish as professionals, mentioned earlier, on every process, utility service locating to installation.

The unit was delivered and installed by again, perfect gentlemen Jason and Abraham. They did their job and left everything as perfect as can be. City comes and does their city inspections. The final gentleman named Frank checked the work and connected the unit to complete the install. He tested the unit then called us for our training. He explained the terminology of all components and explained how the unit triggers. He explained the maintenance required and the do's and don'ts of the equipment. He explained to us our warranty and service paperwork and asked us if we understand everything. He was extremely professional and explained in terms we understood the first time said.

As you can tell, we are pleased 100% with the service and professional communication ahead of time, every time work was done. We highly recommend Generator Supercenter to everyone who wants a real company working on their property. I look forward in introducing them to my family and friends. As you can see, we are highly impressed and extremely happy!!!!
