  Our experience from beginning to install was perfect. Travis came to Our house and was very knowledgeable and personable. Explained everything we needed to know and did not try to oversell us a larger unit. They kept us informed on the arrival date and install date. They were here the day they promised and the crew who installed were awesome.The generator passed inspection the next day. We have heard horror stories from other companies about not passing inspection after 2 to 3 visits. We would recommend generator supercenter to anybody looking to install a whole house generator

  Dylan came out to fix our generator during the ice storm when nobody else would even answer the phone. He has been available to be called for issues that could be fixed over the phone very knowledgeable. Great guy with great customer service. Would recommend this company to anyone that needs a generator or service on an existing generator.

  When you deal with this kind of project you learn to be prepared for some bumps along the way, and there was :-) but once everything was in place the crew showed up and did a spectacular job of installing the gas, electric, and concrete cutting ( bump) and respectful of the property with patience cordial customer service.
