  Called and spoke to receptionist who took a message for generator repair. Two weeks later no return call so I sent a follow-up email. It’s been nearly a month and I’ve still not received a response. I would have appreciated a response even if it was to let me know that they weren’t interested and/or unable to work on my generator. This is terrible customer service. I ended up contacting Augusta Fuel Company who was responsive and able to fix the issue.

  I did not have a good experience. I asked them to come and check my Generac generator to determine if I needed a new one. Some young fellow came and was more interested in my propane tanks and service than in checking the generator. I had questions as to whether my generator was sufficient for my geo thermal heating system. He said he would do some research and get back to me----that was a month ago. No follow up. Too bad since my neighbor built a new house and is looking for a generator. (Which I told K----, the young fellow). Lost sale there. I called this company under the recommendation of Mr. Haas of Readfield.
