  2 installers Ryan & Jacob arrived at 8:00 AM, They were prompt, polite, knowledgeable, efficient. Explained what they would be doing and kept us up to date on progress. Ryan gave an excellent demonstration on our new generator and explained everything CV once installed. Mechanically did an excellent job. My husband is a retired master electrician and he said it was meticulous

  My Generator which is a few years old has not been functioning correctly this past year. After power outages, my new air conditioning, brand new oven, , microwave multiple times did not function at all. I needed to have repair technicians come to repair all multiple times at my exoense. During a scheduled maintenance, I explained to the Generax tech and he said that there were “updates “ that needed to be done ……./ but they came earlier in year and the updates were done and paid fior at time of service. So why were only half completed ? There was no answer when asked why only some updates were done and not all. —— made no sense.and he agreed . I told him that I would be sending the invoices I paid out of pocket due to the Generator not functioning properly. After a few months of receiving monthly invoices - I dealt directly with the owner George Costis. At his request, i emailed the invoices I paid directly to him as well as his company invoice I received . On text I have him stating that he had “taken the Generax invoice off the books” , “I will no linger be receiving statements”. “Not to worry”. This last communication was 1/14/22. Today, 2/7/22 I find out in the mail that Generax put a lien on my home for an outstanding payment and that the owner George Costis co-signed the lien paperwork dated 1/26…….. 12 says after he told me he voided their invoice. I have texted him today, he seems to not know anything about it . I needed to text him the lien document and he says he needs to look into it tomorrow. Great!! At the expense of my credit rating that has taken a hit and finding out the home equity loan I was waiting on was denied due to this false lien filing. Terrible!!!!

  Living in Clermont where the local Generac generator dealers appear to have less than stellar reviews, I was excited to learn GenerX generators serves our area despite the fact they're headquartered down in Oldsmar. The GenerX team were fantastic from start to finish. They came out to our home to do a power and property assessment and put together a customized backup power plan specific to our home. They also took care of HOA and local government approvals prior to install. If anyone in Central Florida is looking for THE best backup generator dealer, installer or service provider, look no further than GenerX generators!
