  Would never use this company again!!!!! Removed and installed two ceiling fans as per their quote and confirmation of services. Installation of fans - left one fan without remote working and both fans unbalanced. When asked was told that fans often wobble and remote just didn't work. Looked in boxes later that evening to find they didn't install balancing kits in both fans nor did they install diode for remote to work. More so, they said to install new switches for fans, it would require another trip (i.e. trip charge) since that wasn't part of the fan installation service. Installation time would be minimal since switches were just a replacement of switches already in the wall for original fans. Talked with manager who said they do not do bundled quotes since they want to be competitive. Seems to me like that is a business philosophy problem. Was offered a $50 refund to apply to another electrician who could reinstall the fans correctly. Very arrogant business with a business model that is more concerned about getting paid than the service they provide. Hard to believe all google reviews are 5 star-seems suspicious in itself particularly after our unfortunate experience with this company.

  I am so sorry for your experience. We would be happy to come out and and balance your fan. New fan don't typically need to be balanced, however, we would be happy to balance the fans at no cost to you. In regards to installing a new switch, we would not charge a trip charge. Again, I am so sorry for the experience that you had. We always try to treat our customers well. Please let us know what we can do to make this right.

  Genesis was excellent to work with. They were friendly on the phone and helped answer any of my questions. They got an electrician out to me very promptly and he (Mark) was fantastic! Very professional and friendly and was in and out with a perfect job done in under 30 minutes. Would highly recommend!
