  Georgia Power has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!! They will cut off your power without a thought but take ALLL DAY to return your services. God forbid this occurs on the weekend or a holiday. You can’t get in touch with anyone!!! I called to report an outage on the emergency after hours line, I have been on hold for 50 minutes and still holding!!! This company is by far the most ridiculous company ever! The problem is that’s they don’t have competition! If they had a competitor I would not hesitate to leave this company!!!!
