  Showed up a day late and did not have the materials he promised to install. I spoke to Charles on the phone (while the crew was here to install) he stated the material he promised was not currently available but he did not communicate that to me before arriving and unloading material to do the job. He just assumed he could install something different. His only solution he gave me was I could hire another contractor after i waited for a month for him. He is not doing the work himself as he did last time he was here. The workers van and uniform had a different electric company name on them. I have used him in the past and it was a great experience but this time was not. Very disappointed No apology or anything . The only thing he kept telling me is he cant control materials that are not available. I get that but don't sale me something you cannot deliver and have me wait a month only to show up with something else.

  The misunderstanding is that a 400A single phase meter disconnect is not the same size as a 200A single phase meter disconnect.

  Georgia Wide Electrical came recommended from a family member who has used their services in the past. Charles and his crew did complete electrical work on a new construction home for me. Very knowledgeable and dependable crew! Good communication!!! Completed work in timely manner. Will be using them again in future.

  Honest and noble. These guys show up on time and get the work done. I would give them 10 stars if i could. I've always had a great experience with them. Mr. Charles is very knowledgeable and i feel i can ask him anything. Thanks.
