  The serviceman worked on our kitchen sink & garbage disposal & our toilet. He was friendly, courteous & efficient. He explained everything thoroughly & what the estimated cost & our options. He asked what we would like him to do. He made sure we understood everything & asked what we were comfortable with for repairs.

  Erick was knowledgeable and did a great job answering all of my questions. I feel they offer good value, good quality service at a reasonable price and I liked that they communicated who would be arriving and then texted when he was on his way. Would recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

  Eric was my mechanic today. Showed up on time with big smile on his face felt like he went the extra mile wiping the dirt off things that needed cleaned. All in all it was a really good experience. I trust him. Will probably ask for him specifically next time I need them. Thank you so much for not making me freeze another night. Terry McKee
