  I would never recommend using this guy. He made some repairs to a rental property I was renting and because he was being payed by the landlord he wouldn't inform me there was issues in the house knowing that I have 5 kids. I called him while the landlord wasn't around and recorded him admitting there was a problem. After the work was done my 8yr old child was electrocuted and he never even came back to rectify the problem.

  I wasted my time and money by hiring him. I strongly recommend not to hire him for any electrical work!!
