  I called late on a Saturday evening about an odd issue I was having where outlets in parts of my room had lost power. I did some googling and my own troubleshooting and couldn't figure it out. I was at the end of my route and figured I'd try and see if any pros were available. Get Electric was listed as 24hr. He picked up right away but unfortunately didn't have anyone available to dispatch same night and offered to come out next day to take a look. He asked about the issue and i described what I had found and what I did so far. He said I was on the right track and suggested further steps. His guidance was correct and led me to resolve the issue. He followed up with me to see how I made out. I offered to pay for his time as a consultation and he refused. A good review is the laeast I could do, companies like this are few and far between. I know who I will be calling for service in the future!

  I used this company after my garage breaker kept tripping. I called my electric company who told me I needed to find an electrician to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem. They were prompt and very professional!! I will absolutely be using them again if I ever need a electrician!! It definitely turned out that my issue had nothing to do with the power company or my capacitor in my fridge coming lose and everything to do with a faulty breaker in my garage!! Thank you guys for your help!!

  Get Electric 123 asnwered my call within two rings despite still being on Thanksgiving holiday and was able to schedule my appointment for the next day! He was very honest and helpful and attempted to help me over the phone. When that did not fix the problem he scheduled for the next afternoon and arrived earlier within the time window, so I wasn't sitting around waiting. They were able to identify the problem and fix it in under an hour. Very personal and made me feel helped and not as though they were superior. I'd definitely us them again in the future!
