  We lost power which meant no heat on the week we saw lows drop to mid 20 degrees, so this was an emergency and Get Lit had technicians out the next morning earlier than appointment time. Tom and Chase were both very professional and took time to update us as the work progressed rather than overloading us with all the detailed work at the end only. It was freezing could outside but that didn't make them want to rush the job and took all the time they needed to make sure the job was done right. unlike the seller of our house whom just wanted to flip it and left a mess in the three phase connection in the power meter but Get Lit Electrical with the aid of Tom and Chase replaced and repaired what we needed.

  Get Lit was very responsive to my Mom's generator needs. They were quick to respond and set up the first appointment. Zack was professional and responsive to all my questions. And most importantly, they had the new generator in stock and were able to install it within one week...not weeks or months out, like everyone else. When I noticed that the generator key didn't work, I called them and they were able to resolve the issue the next day. However, I was a bit shocked at what she was charged when she asked them to fix her closet light. I felt that was a bit steep considering they were already there. Otherwise, great job!

  Completely replaced out burnt out caught on fire main panel on a Saturday, in the middle of the day! It was a 911 emergency. My husband called an they were here in a matter of an hour or less. He was a hard core working guy, who is extremely knowledgeable and thorough! We couldn’t have called a better company to come to the rescue. He connected with our entire family. We couldn’t be more grateful and appreciate! We will be calling them for everything! Thank you Cody!
