Had them come out to install a Ring and thermostat. They charged me to "put on the thermostat" for $85 but failed to get it to work. I had to have a Heating & Air company come out & all Albert failed to do was hook up the proper wires. Never use them. Very dishonest. And Albert would never answer any of my calls after the installation.

I am Albert and am totally taken aback by this review! I’ve not had any installs where the Ring thermostat didn’t work other than one customer whose 24 volt Class 2 transformer was bad. If you are that customer (and It doesn’t seem like you are), leaving a negative review still wouldn’t make sense because when I offered to replace the transformer, you told me you would rather not have it replaced at that time. I have no record of anyone trying to contact me about the issue you describe or any other service issue remotely similar. Nor does my 24 hour call center –which anyone can reach at 1-800-471-1126. Gibbs Bros. Electric <www.GibbsElectric.com> is one of the most easily reached service companies around and would spare no effort to remedy any impropriety or perceived impropriety that might occur. Having been in continuous operation for 99 years, Gibbs Bros has had more than a few years to hone its customer satisfaction skills. Perhaps you are confusing me with someone else? In any event, I urge you to contact me or anyone one else with the company –including Mr. Gibbs himself either through our toll free 800 customer service number, our web site, our email address, any mode of communication you like. I sincerely want to get to the bottom of this mystery. If by some aberration of circumstance you were lead to believe there is dishonesty going on here, this customer review forum Google has brought to bear on our culture can serve as an ideal pathway to support straightening out service kinks like this.
