  Communication and scheduling between myself and this company was very professional and convenient for me. The technicians called me just before they arrived to let me know they were coming, and they arrive precisely on time. They offered me a senior discount for being over 65, which I didn’t even realize it was available. They came in and began working on my problem, finishing quickly and efficiently. They were courteous, clean, and professional. I would definitely recommend this company for any electrical work I needed done on my home or business.

  I spoke with lisa yesterday she said there was no service charge only a hourly rate, the guys showed up this morning to tell me what I told lisa that I needed a new breaker box snapped a picture and charged me 103.45, I just spoke to lisa and she completely changed her story around from what she said yesterday, I guess it was worth that to find out who the crooks are in Athens, plus it's my 87 year old moms home that got screwed! Way to go Gilbert electric
