  Fred is the best!!! I have a Generac Synergy 20kW whole house generator with whole house auto switch, that another contractor installed, but was not answering my panicked calls when I had a problem tonight...Fred picked up my call at 8pm and talked me through some possibilities about one power leg of the utility still being out. He offered to come out first thing in the morning and eased my concerns. Really top notch with service and knowledge. It turned out to be one leg from the utility company just needed to wait. Thanks again, Fred.

  Had an appt for 5:30 last night. Fred was a no show. Left him a message on voice mail & texted him but no return call. Contacted another company.
