Fantastic service and communication. This shop was SPECIFICALLY recommended to me by a friend, who used to work with the owners. Of all the shops in Fairbanks, he said I MUST take my vehicle to this location. No exceptions. I had a unique repair request: aftermarket replacement for a faulty OEM part. I asked them: "If I provided the aftermarket parts, would you do the labor?" They agreed and worked with me to find the optimal solution to getting my vehicle back on the road. The repair went flawless and I was out of their shop later that evening. Of all the non-dealer shops in Fairbanks, I would highly recommend this one over any other. I have been to a few after-market shops in the area, and I have always left with the feeling that I never actually received the quality work that I paid for. On that note, this auto shop is different. They provide excellent communication, work with you to provide a viable solution to your automotive problems, and do not "nickel and dime you" to get a better sale. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who expects quality dealer-grade service at an affordable price. I will definitely be coming back here again.

I brought my 2010 GMC Denali to Glacier Garage and was extremely impressed by them. They diagnosed my truck correctly and quickly. My truck had a few issues going on and they were able to pin point what the issues were and get it back to me in a timely manner for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be a life-long customer moving forward!

10/10 would recommend. My oil life percent was at 0 so they were able to get me in the same afternoon. Harley was honest and didn't try to sell me anything or make any unnecessary repairs. Will definitely be bringing my car here for all future services.
