i had Glass Electric do some work for me before, so tonight when I had half my house without power because I could not get a breaker to kick back on in my "push o matic" breaker box, I called. The owner asked me a few questions and then walked me through how to get the breaker back on over the phone! WOW! other companies would have charges me time and 1/2 for an after hours service trip to do a simple fix. This man and this company is fair, honest, and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Glass Electric!

I lost power to a few of the rooms in my house and called Glass & Sons Electric. From the start Jerry was incredibly helpful. He began by giving me all the help he possibly could over the phone before determining that he needed to check the problem out himself. Jerry was very detailed in his search for the issue and solved it without any problems. Along the way he was kind to my family and I, and made sacrifices out of his own time to help us get power back. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I needed a bid on a job to install an RV receptacle on my garage and called Glass & Sons. I wasn't home when Gerald came to give us an estimate, but my wife was home to make sure he knew everything we wanted done. Everything was fine up until that point, and then everything went downhill. I waited over a week to hear back from Gerald with the estimate but he never got back to me. Finally, I decided to give him a call, as we had other bids and I wanted to see what his was going to be. He answered the phone and didn't even know who I was. He finally found my paperwork and admitted "Oh yeah, this has been sitting on my desk and I completely forgot about it. I will go over the details and get back to you". So again I waited, for another 4 days. FINALLY I got the bid. My wife and I decided that all of the bids we received were to expensive for us, so we decided to attach the receptacle to the house instead of the garage, which would be cheaper. We wanted Gerald to come back and give a new estimate based on our new specs. It took another 3 days for him to answer his phone. I tried explaining our new plans over the phone, after he refused to come back and try to convince me he could do this at his desk, but he just couldn't comprehend what I was telling him. Finally, he understood our new specs and said he would write up a new estimate and email it to me. I waited, and waited, and waited....for another week and a half. After receiving no answer, I decided to email him and ask if he had forgotten about us again....but you guessed it, no answer. I finally got an email 2 weeks later with the new estimate (which wasn't even a very considerate price), but by that time we had already committed to another electrician to do the work. I wouldn't trust this guy at all. He isn't professional, timely, or organized. Frankly, it is probably the worst customer experience I have ever received. For him to say "Oh yeah, it has been sitting here and I completely forgot about it" is unacceptable. He doesn't care about his customers and has no sense of urgency. I would advise seeking a different company for your projects.
