  Super professional quality and courteous service! The office staff was very friendly and helpful in setting up the appointment, and notified us when the technician was on his way. Trevor quickly diagnosed our electrical problem that several previous electricians from other companies were unable to fix. He also installed a recessed light in our laundry room and it looks great! His work was very thorough and professional. I will definitely call Gold Shield Services for our next project or repair.

  Contacted Gold Shield when my furnace went out on a freezing day! Jessica answered the phone and was extremely friendly and comforting … not pushy at all and knew her stuff! I had them come out and Rob was here within an hour. He was extremely professional and friendly… he also tried everything to fix the furnace but it wasn’t fixable. So we had to have it replaced and they were able to do it the very next day, which was necessary with 2 babies in the house! Brandon and Tim showed up the next morning right on time and were both very kind and professional! They were in my home all day and it was installed! They even cleaned up the area when they were done. I had a few questions the next day about a home warranty and spoke to Derek on the phone afterwards and he helped so much!! Great team over there!! I 100% recommend them and will use them again!! Thank you again everyone!!

  I woke up to a cold house, called Gold Shield Services, and they dispatched a tech within 2 hours even though I am on the edge of their service area. The booking, dispatch and notification process were all outstanding, with quick response, clear photos, times, and names to insure we felt safe with someone coming into our home. The technician Jon was super knowledgeable and meticulously solved my problem, and was a great guy as well. My wife is happy we have heat again. The whole stressful experience was made easy due to the great customer service-a big TWO THUMBS UP!!!
