  If you are trying to work at Winstar with them don’t. Carlos(big boss) too many promises and doesn’t back up his words. He also has his little mafia there from cousins. Edgar(biggest tallest rat) and there Houston ppl don’t know what they are doing. Too much drama in the jobsite. Everybody talks shiiiii about everybody there. Toxic culture.
