  When I called in about getting g a quote the receptionist acted like I was stupid for asking and transferred me to the electrician. The electrician did not introduce himself, just said "Ugh, hello." When I asked for a quote he acted irritated. When I told him there was no project deadline I was just hoping for a quote he responded with "Look I am really busy and uninterested." He may be a good electrician, I am not sure, he wouldn't talk to me. But the customer service was demeaning at best.
