Placed an order. They wouldn't fill an order with paid overnight shipping through their own UPS account. Said they would cancel the order if we didn't have our own UPS account. Called them and left a voicemail at the number provided to give them the info they wanted and they cancelled the order anyway. Hacks.

Joshua, if you would send us a direct message with your order number, we are interested in looking into this and also making sure your refund went through. Sometimes a cancelled order like this is because of rules from a product that is shipped directly from the manufacturer or sometimes it is based off of something else. Regardless, we do want to explore this more so that we can have better preparation for future orders. We apologize for the inconvenience from this situation.

They are simply a middleman service with limited inventory in stock. Website advertised shipping 3-5 business days and on the 5th day I received an email saying item is on back order and 60 days out. It's wrong to sell items you don't have and falsely claim shipping time frames and disrespectful to wait 7 days (non business days) to inform customer. No respect for people's time. Now my job will be late and I have to reschedule jobs and have a disappointed customer.

Jacey, we are very sorry for the inconvenience. While we do have extensive stock at our locations, some products are direct-ship from the manufacturer. Recently, some of the manufacturers have waited last minute to notify us about stock or canceled orders all together. We find out too late, but despite this, you are correct that you should be notified sooner. If you want to leave us a direct message with your order number we can add the item to our update list for the website.

Ordered $600+ worth of lights. Website states "Orders over $200 ship next day". I even paid for 2-day expedited shipping. 3 business days later and customer service says the sales team is still reviewing. Shop elsewhere.
