  Had Gore electric install General Generator while I could not be home. I was told that someone would stop by to go over generator operation and maintenance after installation. They were paid promptly remainder of balance upon completion. I called them to notify them I was back home and they could not make it that week. 3 weeks went by and I notified them I was back in Home and they told me that they have someone in area that day that would stop by to review installation and generator operation and maintenance. I waited all day even though I had numerous errands and rescheduled appointment so that I would not miss whomever was coming to meet me. Called several times throughout the day and again was reassured someone would be coming. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP! Sure why would I think that professionalism and courtesy would apply after they had accepted my money. Wil never ever recommend nor use this vendor and will make it a point to let everyone know this.

  Quick story, my landlord refused to pay to upgrade our electricity. We had a home inspection and the house would not pass for us to get a mortgage on. Well I guess she wasn't happy about that. So middle of August 2021 fuse box from the earliest days finally went. National grid came out and deemed house electric unsafe and out of code. So the pulled our meter. 5 kids, pregnant wife. Middle of the summer. So I paid out of my pocket for a house I cant buy. But the hero's of this story is GORE ELECTRIC!! The concern, the attention, the respect, the caring was unbelievable!!! From the office lady to the employees, to the amazing owner!! I've never experienced something quite like it. So many amazing details I could tell but so little time. If I could give this company a higher rating than a A+ it would still not be enough. If your reading this for referrals or reviews. Stop now, call them. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!! Hands down best experience I've ever had with a company that provides a service! If you have any questions, ask me!!

  We hired Gore Electric to install a whole-house standby generator when we moved into a house in this area. All the work they did was explained thoroughly and professionally done. We signed a service contract with them and the maintenance visits over the past several years add to our peace of mind regarding the generator being ready for emergency use. I fully recommend Gore Electric, based on our experience with them for several years now. (More contractors should be this professional.)
