  Called GPS Heating & Cooling on a Monday morning telling them our geothermal furnace went out during the weekend and wasn't heating. They sent Randy right away and he found the problem fast and had it fixed and on his way by noon. That was fast. First I had called the dealer who put the unit in and they told me they were too busy and wouldn't come for at least a week. NO HEAT FOR A WEEK! Black Hawk didn't seem to care enough and lost our business. Great job Randy thanks for the help. GPS HEATING & COOLING has our business now.

  Asked for an estimate two weeks ago. Called them back after a week and they did not even remember I had called. Said they would do it but then never heard back. Called today during business hours no answer then I could not even leave a message. One would think they want new business. My cash is as green as the next guy. They finally sent me an estimate. I sent a 50% deposit check. After a couple of weeks I called to follow up to find out an install date. They said they would find out and call me back, of course they did not. Called yet again, no answer and no way to leave a message.

  I called at least 5 times Jerry got back to me once. I dropped off the paper work for my home warrenty and have not seen or heard anything. I just stopped in the office this is going on 2 month's today and they act like they dont know what im their for. I was told when i dopped of paperwork he would be out the next day. This did not happen. Going to go with some other business.
