Main power fuses in breaker box began shorting out. Craig showed up within 2 hours of my call, earlier than I'd been told, which was super! Not only did he change out the fuse he found the source of the problem, a leaking ice maker water line and shut it off so we could get a new line installed. Very friendly and professional didn't even mind me asking if he'd been vaccinated for Covid ( he was 🙂) and offered to mask up.

We had a scheduled appointment at 10 am. The technician came more than 30 min early. He called on the way but my husband and I were both working and had scheduled one of us to be at the house at 10am. The company and technician did not leave a message saying they were early. He left a note on our door that he left at 9:26 am and that we would need to reschedule. When I called to reschedule, I shared that I was frustrated. Joan said that she was irritated with us and that I was expected to answer my phone.

Hello Abbey, we had you scheduled for the second service call of the day. We do not schedule exact times except for the first service call at 8:30, because we do not know how long each call will take. When the tech arrived at 9:30 and no one answered the door, we did call your phone, but no one answered and your voicemail box was full, so we could not leave a message. The tech left a note on the door for you to call the office and reschedule, which your husband did and we worked out a new date. When you called back and canceled the new appointment your husband set and said you were irritated with us, Joan did say she felt the same with you because you rebooked us last week because your schedule changed, which is common to happen, then no one was at the home today. We have to pay the tech and gas to go there for no one to be there, yes that is irritating. After your phone call your husband called back again and said there is clearly some miscommunication and would like to keep the new appointment. However, in light of this review, I will gladly cancel your new appointment later this week, and we'll call your husband tomorrow and let know him. Sorry this didn't work out and I wish you well.

Our technician arrived within allotted time, had the tools he needed with him, and the parts. Dispatcher kept us informed with calls before and after service. We would hire them again.
