  See a lot of reviews that say how friendly they are. The women I spoke with today was very short and very unprofessional. Didn't get cross with the individual once and got attitude the whole time. I'm sorry that dealing with customers is such an inconvenience to you. Other than that I've had a good overall experience!

  Online system must be terrible. Correct email and phone number on file. Set up auto pay that failed (usually paid with credit card, set up autopay with bank acct). No notification that it failed so then power gets disconnected and have to pay a huge bill to get it sorted. Apparently balance has to be at $0, so maybe it wasn't and that's why it failed. Friendly staff but the system is awful. Do the same for water bill and zero issues. I guess moral of the story is don't trust the convenience.

  I love this copertive. They treat there customers with respect and the power is reasonably priced. Very friendly staff. I'm not sure why someone gave them 1 star, and didn't even right a review.
