  Paid for a service call upfront. They never showed and never called. I called them repeatedly. I was assured they would be at my house so I continued to hold my entire day for them. Finally after more then five hours I again call them. They assure me they will make me first in two days. Again they don’t show and they don’t have the professionalism to call. I call them. They tell me they’ll find the location of the team and call me back. That never happens. There’s no excuse for this kind of laziness. Super unprofessional company.

  The first appointment they were a no call and no show. It wasn’t until I called them later in the day that I was told that it was a scheduling problem. So the appointment was rescheduled to the following Monday which turned out to be Labor Day and they didn’t want to come out. That’s understandable. No big deal for me. It was rescheduled to the following week. I even followed up with them the day before to confirm the appointment and I was told they would be here which was supposed to be 9 AM. They did not show and I did not hear anything until 45 minutes after they were supposed to be here and I was told that there was a permit problem and that they may have to reschedule to the following day or even the day after that. Certainly not pleased with this company or their professionalism. And by looking at the reviews of others who have dealt with them it looks like I’m not the only one who has had this issue.

  I cannot say enough nice things about Mike and his team. I called to get a quote, he took time right then with me to understand what it was that I needed done and gave me a excellent quote (compared to others), and was able to get us in sooner than anyone else. His team showed up prepared, and extremely professional, they knew exactly what needed to be done once I showed them them the area. They were in and out, cleaned up after themselves and were just the best. I will be using them again for all future electrical needs. Highly Recommend!
