  Completely unprofessional. I called the guy to come to my house to "take a look" at something. He shows up while I'm at work, does an hours worth of work, charges me for 3 hours and leaves the bill there. When I call him asking why the bill was so high, he immediately gets defensive and tells me not to worry about it, that he's on his way to pick up the part that he used and it's no longer my problem. My recommendation: Find someone else.

  This guy is a rip off. Charged us $1150.19 to run a pipe under house. Left the house a wreck and broke a crawl space door. The ONG guy said that was a crappie job and should have not paid them. BEWARE when dealing with this company. They are snakes

  I have used Grayco for multiple plumbing issues the employee's knowledge, experience and workmanship extends to a job well done. They are friendly, professional and best of all timely. I appreciate them.
