  Customer support is useless, their website says open 24/7, so i call to setup service and they say you have to call between 8... do you want my money or not, also if you advertise 24/7 then actually show the **** up. Also when you go through their website to try an set up service since they dont seem to want your , why do you demand everyone's SSN and DL to setup service, what happens if I dont have one of them, o just call you "24/7 " number? You dont need this information full stop. Furthermore, the websites is about as helpful and intuitive as a maze so thanks for that as well. Seriously if you have a better (I.E.any other), option I'd go to them first. PS. Finally was able to submit an application (again terrible website), they want you to pay $ 45 (10 for credit check and 35 to "transfer the acct") if actually cost $35 to move one number a differant line this company would be bankrupt. Likely they just want 45$ to run a background check on you, hence why they want all your information, which you could just do yourself and save the money). Then once your application is accepted (your credit is non-negative). they are then going to charge yo 20 more dollars for the privillage (electricity) of being a "member" geee thanks... TLDR: Their website is looks like it was designed before mankind abbreviated World Wide Web and they charge you an entire months worth of electricity ($65) just to turn on power in the first place

  I've been a co-op member since 2003 and have no complaints. Nineteen years of good service is hard to beat.
