  We needed to replace our aging AC system and was very impressed with the care that went into the whole process. Jon ensured to explain everything thoroughly, and assessed the entire home to determine the proper size unit needed to meet our needs. He was very courteous, professional, and took the time needed to ensure all of our questions were answered and that we were satisfied! We were shocked with how quick the installation was scheduled, as were were expecting 8 or more weeks and it happened the following week! When installing the unit, the technicians were extremely courteous and respected our home with the same care I would assume they treat their own homes. They never left a mess and removed all of the debris from the site. The installation was really fast! After installation, we were given a full instruction on the new system and thermostat. We couldn't have asked for a better job! We highly recommend! Fast, professional, and great communication! Thanks to Great Lakes, and especially everyone on the team who helped to improve the comfort of our home!

  My husband and I were very pleased with the service from Great Lakes! The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He used his expertise and knowledge to quickly get our furnace back up and running. He also gave us tips on the correct filter to buy in the future to help extend the life of our furnace. We were very pleased with the service offered by this company!

  Excellent from speaking to the telephone representative to make an appointment to the technician Matt coming to my house. My thermostat has stopped working I had no heat I called at about 9 in the morning he was here at 3 checked out my complete furnace changed the filter installed a new thermostat and did an excellent job..I highly recommend.
