4 months later still no refund on my deposit. I called and gave them a forwarding address. The guy butchered the spelling (after I spelled it 7 times). 2 months later I got a check and deposited it. Since I called, a week earlier they canceled that check & of course that caused me a $30 NSF because return check policy. They told me they mailed the second check on Feb 13th.... and guess what?? Still no check. I wonder how long they would have left me with power if I kept telling them the check is in the mail??!
