  Absolutely outstanding customer service and above and beyond professional. Very attentive to detail and very clean! Thank you so much for being so friendly and efficient! If you are on the fence about who to hire go with Greenwave! 2021 edit: Once again hired Greenwave to update our wiring in our old home, they did a ton of work for us, finished a day early, and are so clean and considerate of our space! I can't recommend them enough. Hands down, best in town.

  I had an appointment 2 weeks out. I could only deal with the scheduler. I was told to email my issue and Mark would get back to me with pricing. I did that and he never contacted me.The receptionist could not or would not give me that information. I wanted an idea of how charges were determined. The scheduler canceled on me. She had no idea what she was doing. I asked for Mark to call me back. He never did.

  You painted a picture on the initial call of an unsafe work environment, we requested the police be involved because of that conversation via our email on Oct 4. You waited 10 days to respond and you called our answering service and sent us an email after hours the night before the appointment saying the police would not be there and that we misunderstood the situation. I hate to see things go south like this, but to blame this completely on us is unfair, you ignored us for 10 days and then changed the parameters via an out of hours call the night before saying there would not be police and demanded us to contact you at 6:00 AM the morning of the appointment because you had to drive 2 hours to get to the house for the 8:00 appointment that we had scheduled on our books for 2 weeks. I take issue with your review, I believe it is disingenuous to try and say that we were 100% responsible for how this played out.

  Excellent company! We have used them twice now for new installations. On the most recent call, Mark W. came out and assessed what we needed, gave some suggestions, and got to work immediately. These guys are fast, courteous, and professional. Greenwave Electric is definitely our go-to company for all our electrical needs.
