  Update: Took some time but we did get an answer to our issue. The delay and lack of communications was frustrating but they did get back to us as well as do the installation. Everything looks to be working as well. I do not think I would recommend them but at least they did follow through. Original review/complaint: My parents have been waiting 5 months to get a portable generator attached via generlink. They are elderly and need this done. Dozens of phone calls have have resulted in loads of promises and zero results. Absolutely unacceptable.

  Mr Jackson, I am sorry for the delay in getting you the Generlink module. The manufacturer was over run with demand for the devices this year due to the weather events in the country and fires in the West. Good news is that your Generlink module has arrived at our facility and we can install it , but we have been calling the number you gave us and sent emails to you and have not received a reply from you.   We've had two visits from this company in the past 2 weeks at 5 Linden. Both employees were: 1. Extremely prompt 2. Extremely nice 3. Very informative 4. Efficient in their work and knowledgeable I have heard and seen this name around town for decades and am happy to see first hand that they are still providing excellent service.

  We had a problem here today with our electric service and needed somebody quickly. I called and spoke to Scott Anderson, explaining the problem. He walked me through some things to check and determined over the phone that one of the phases from the power company was probably out, and that he would call back once one of his guys returned for the day. I did a double check on what he described, and was ultimately able to determine by looking at the transformer in the street that one of the leads had fallen off in the wind. Sure enough he called back when he said he would to see if we still needed them. I explained what i found, and assured him he will be the first one we call for other some upcoming work. I was very impressed with their helpfulness and professionalism.
