Gregory Electric was recommended by my House Insurance Company. This time Eddie came and did a professional job analyzing repairs needed to a 250 volt socket. He treated my wife and I with due respect by phoning ahead to indicate when he would arrive. Thank you Eddie!

This company was dispatched to me through a home warranty contract. An appointment was made and the serviceman called and said his GPS had him 40 miles from my home and he could not come because it was close to knock off time. He asked what the problem was and I told him and he made the conclusion that my warranty would not cover it. We made a new appointment and he showed up. I showed him the problem light switches and he again said they were not covered. He never removed a cover or looked at any wiring. He just kept stating he knew it was not covered under my warranty. So I asked if he knew what plan I had bought. He said no and I said then you don't what my warranty covers. By this time I had enough of this guy. He had wasted two afternoons of my time because of his ineptitude and his unwillingness to even diagnose the problem. I showed him the door. Terrible customer service. If you would like a copy of my warranty I would be happy to send it to you. If your employee had done his job and diagnosed the problem and called the warranty company to see if it was covered without making the decision on his own things would have been different. Had he called the company and they denied the claim I would have gotten him to repair and paid for it. As far as not charging me, I don't usually pay for a guy to walk in my house and make assumptions. Your company may be great but on this day your employee at best was marginal and put your company in bad light.

Your Home Warranty company does not allow for overtime and determines what is or is not covered. Our technician followed all policies of Gregory Electric and the Home Warranty company we are contracted with and did not charge you for his time.
