  If there was a way to give less stars I would. Their work might be good, I wouldn't know because they didn't actually complete any for me, but they sure charged me $100 for it and there was no up front conversation about a minimum charge. They receive one star for customer service. Literally, no work was done because they said more demolition was needed, ok fine. He was here for 30 minutes or less, we had a conversation about what would need to happen, and he left. Then a few weeks later I get a bill for $97 for an hour of labor. After a call, they were completely unwilling to adjust, even after I offered to pay half to cover the 30 minutes he was there. This turned into a consultation, for which I offered to pay for the time he was in my home but they don't work that way. They take your money even if they aren't actually providing the value and never tell you up front what the minimum charge is. So glad I found someone else to do this work.

  Prompt service. Professional work. Labor costs as expected. I recommend you request quotes for parts before labor starts. Considerable and surprising mark-up on parts that is avaricious.
