Groffs did the plumbing and heating in a project that turned a garage into living space for my in-laws at my home. A year later, a pipe froze. The response I got was, "it is what it is", and "we have 40,000 customers" as if they couldn't be bothered by us small folk. "just leave the cabinet open for heat to get in there." Really? This is how one treats an elderly couple? Then I was told that they don't do insulation. Surely a plumber would want to inspect pipes, and whether insulation was adequate before leaving the job. And if a pipe freezes, I should know to call an insulation business rather than the plumber? ISurely the exorbitant prices they charged could include some service. I am not impressed.

I called Groff when I had a well issue. They were very helpful over the phone and even though they were not able to help me because Of what I needed, they provided with me referrals and even checked up on how I made out the next day. Because of their actions, I 100% trust that this company would never take advantage of their clients. I highly recommend them.

Newly installed unit wasn’t level. Their solution was to prop the unit up on blocks (see pictures). It’s been 2 months and they still haven’t come back to fix it.
Response from the owner
Our records show that this unit was installed in October and we returned in Feb to re-level the unit. Our technician took a photo of a level on the unit to show it was level at that time. Some ground settling is normal especially in the first few months, but if your unit is unlevel again since February, you should consult with your builder regarding any surface regrading issues.
