  If they had a zero that's what I would give. We were out of power all night b.c of them.they took forever and left a mess with the power boards equipment not hooked up.EPB had to come out and redo everything.they told us power will be out from 10 to 2. It was 1143 pm before we got our power back, due to the fact that the contractor just drove off at 6 pm.and left us a mess .we called epb and they had no idea we suffered
