  Guardian was a great choice for our installation. From the initial call you can just feel their customer service. The comfort expert was great! They gave us all the options and explained the benefits. I never felt rushed or pushed like some of the other companies. The pricing was completely fair and the installation was quick, clean and the equipment installed worked so well! The house has been so comfortable since we installed our new systems! Highly highly recommend… after 4 estimates, Guardian stood out and was by far the best for the job.

  Let me start by saying WOW, just WOW!! What an amazing experience from start to finish. The office staff was extremely polite and professional. Kelly and Chelsea knew exactly what I was trying to explain and made me feel like I also knew what I was talking about! When Bill came to the house, he was polite, professional, and most importantly, on time! He explained what was going on, fixed the issue, and didn't con me out of thousands of dollars. They aren't going to sell you something if you don't NEED it. Guardian is a company who is doing the right thing for you! 10/10 would recommend.

  Our experience with Guardian was nothing short of a 5 star experience. After being burned multiple times by our home warranty company, I put in a request to be contacted by guardian for an estimate on a new system. I was called within minutes and had an appointment set up for next day. Sean was absolutely incredible with diagnosing our issues, explaining it all to me in terms I could understand, and providing us with options catered to our needs. To top it all off, they were available to install 2 business days later. Such a pleasant experience with outstanding customer service! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for help!
