  Mary Anne and the rest of the team were fantastic to work with during the whole process. We are attempting to sell our home and needed a good test result to get to the closing table. Mary Anne was so thorough and professional from the start, so I knew right off the bat I was in good hands. The guys that showed up were also on time, very early in the morning, and were in and out. I just got my test results back today and the radon system is working perfectly. I highly recommend you use Guardian Radon for your next mitigation system.

  From my first phone call to my mitigation system installation, I had a phenomenal experience with Guardian. The cost of parts and labor was competitively priced when calling around for quotes/info. What really set Guardian apart was the level of customer service. When every other place had first appointments in mid to end of July, Guardian made it out to me in 2 days. Additionally, Mary Anne ( phone ) provided me with knowledge and comfort when I first called. Chris ( tech/owner/expert ) came out to do my initial inspection and go over details of mitigation. To have the company owner hands on made me feel even more connected and comfortable. On installation day, the team was on time, polite, professional, clean, and an overall pleasure to have in my home. I am happy to provide a 5 star review and recommend the services of Guardian to anyone and everyone.
