  If you are looking to rent/buy a house with this company as your electric id instantly suggest turning it down. Nothing about their system is accurate, insanely high bills, the most ironic part is when there automated system says “the average person spends 2000 a year in utility bills” that is the biggest joke on the planet try 2000 in 3 months of electric bills. Seriously beware. They are the absolute biggest scam in this area. I legitimately moved just to get away from them and will help anyone friend or foe do the same. I wouldn’t wish this company on my worst enemy.

  I rent and If you have the opportunity to not use them I HIGHLY recommend not using them they make you do your own meter reading so if you work on the road its a 100 dollars a hit extra for them to send someone out....then over charge your bill and when I called to see the why they said they might have messed the number up putting it in their system and I still have to pay the huge bill and was told it would eventually run its course out....sounds like a scam and someone there is getting their pockets fat by ripping people off.

  If you’re looking to buy or rent a home and it shows you have to use Guernsey Muskingum Electric as your provider please find another home! Very dissatisfied
