  I called to make an apt to get electrical work and a panel replaced. Told me they'd call back and set up a time to look at it(October 20 2020) . A month later I called then they forgot and sent someone out(December 7 2020)... then I set up the apt they said it was going to be 6 weeks(January 20 2021) I called them back 2 months later(March 18 2021) and he said it was past my time... meaning they didn't call me. Then I asked if they were going to call me..? Steve Kroeckel replied with if you don't want us to do we won't and hung up on me. When I called back he told me that he was the owner and he didn't need my business. I'm blown away making a pretty good name for yourself buddy.

  They did a good job initially but a year later when the switch they wired up went faulty and shorted out my wall they had me pay to have it fixed instead of repairing their mistake. I would not recommend them unless you plan on having them repair their work at cost to you again.

  Had them come out to find a broken wire. All they did was check for power with tester which I already did and knew what one it was. Then was told that they didn't know what the problem was and didn't trace for any broken wire, then told me to find someone smarter than them to fix it. What a joke this place is. Don't recommend!!
