  GVEC answered after hours when I needed them. No other local A/C company would return my call - disappointing when one was the company who installed my unit. Adrian Martinez was my tech & he was polite, professional, and got the job done. Very detailed about what was done & needed next. Will definitely be calling GVEC from now on.

  What great service from Rhew Morrison! He came by same day we called and had things fixed up within an hour or so from arriving. He was super friendly and professional. We highly recommend them and their crew.

  The process was straightforward and uncomplicated. I was able to get a service appointment immediately. The Tech was great- very mindful of social distancing and wore a mask. He explained the problem and solution in detail; provided a estimate of the cost and because he had the necessary part stocked on his truck- he was able to complete the repair with no delay. Very pleased with the whole experience!
