My credit card was hacked, So I went in to the 46 location. I was greeted warmly by several of the staff. The man that handled my trans action was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall it was a Great experience.

We have been a member of GVEC for our personal property as well as rental properties for the last 30 years. Their customer service has always been great and have had positive attitudes for the most part. Being in customer service myself I know how hard that can be sometimes.

The job site for a new pole and service was left in a mess. Greasy hand prints on the new panel, a tree limb that was cut was left in a neighbor's yard, and part of a new trench was covered in dirt. Two screws holding the conduit to the panel were never tightened. As a contractor, I would have never left a work site in that condition after completion.
