  I can’t really rate the company, but I can rate the the people in receiving. Very polite and positive. So if I ever need a product that this business provides, I’ll get it from them if the same attitude and friendliness reflects shipping and receiving. Keep up with your smile’s.

  I inquired, and talked to representative. And he gave me a roundabout figure without coming out here and looking at the property yet. We made an appointment for him to come out here but I had been sick earlier that week so I canceled that appointment. He told me that the company would get a hold of me and reset an appointment, but I have not heard anything back since. I don't know if I got lost in the shuffle. I am eager to do business with them. And the rep that I talked to from geyer power equipment sounded eager to do business with me. But I have not heard anything back. Hopefully I will hear something soon. Right now, I can only post one star. Maybe I'll be able to update that soon.

  David, We are sorry you are not happy with our service, but we are not sure how we could have meet your expectations. Your first request was that a sales person did not come to your home to do a quote, so we did a rough estimate over the phone. Once you were happy with the estimate, we agreed to meet in person at your home to finalize the quote. This is the first appointment you canceled.
