  Our power failed at 11 pm. Harold was very responsive and was able to come first thing in the morning to evaluate the problem. It turned out to be an emergency issue with Dominion Energy. He explained the problem to them on our behalf and waited for their crew to come fix it. You don’t see customer service like this these days. We were quite impressed with him.

  Mr. Harold is very thorough and careful. He searched for and repaired a problem causing spotty power outages in several spots in my home. He even went to Home Depot to purchase and replace a broken fixture. I highly recommend his service! And I was able to do a happy dance when I received my bill! 3 hour service call., Incredible value! Thankyou sir!

  I cannot express how pleased and candidly pleasantly surprised I was at the entire experience with HD. I just hope that the “Old School “ attitude of quality and integrity doesn’t change as they inevitably get busier. I highly recommend this company on every level.
