  HORRIBLE costumer service, extremely rude. Called 2 hours before they closed for an emergency oil change & he told me he couldn’t take me because they’d have to stay 5-10 min after close to do that. I told him I was about to break down & don’t think I’ll be able to make it home and that I could pay extra if they ended up staying past when they close (which they wouldn’t have) & he screamed at me “MA’AM! I told you I’m not taking you were booked.”… luckily I found a closer place with better prices, amazing costumer service, & fast, efficient service (done within 20 min). DEFINITELY go to Valvoline if you need anything done, they’re way better in every way & there’s no appointment needed!:)

  Not the fastest but definitely a great price for a patch. Less than an hour so better than all day. But overall great service.

  Couldn't have asked for better service. H&J were friendly, fair, prompt, and eminently professional. By far the best experience I've had with a mechanic in Lexington.
