  I spoke to a lady named Shannon here and I was completely astonished at how rude she was. Instead of asking clarifying questions she responded with "That means nothing to me" multiple times. I asked to speak with anyone else who wasn't as rude and of course she wouldn't let me speak to anyone and called me rude. I hope I never cross paths with this business ever again.
