  They never answer the phone and if you leave a message, no one ever calls you back! Once I had 2 very nice bathroom vanities to donate, but they told me they would not come to Wilson county to pick them up. (Wilson Co’s restore is closed)

  Hi Charleen! So sorry we missed your call, like many businesses we are short staffed and in the past relied heavily on volunteers. Sadly since COVID-19 we aren’t as staffed with those wonderful volunteers. Also for pickups, thank you so much for thinking of us for your donated items.   You have to be willing to hunt a little, but we have found some really beautiful, brand-new fixtures for our remodel at very reasonable prices. Also love that all proceeds go directly back to supporting families in our community. The staff is always kind and helpful too.

  I've found so many beautiful and useful household items over the past few years. I started out with lever style doorknobs throughtout our home to help my grandson who has cerebral palsy in one side of his body. I've upgraded several doors and light fixtures at a fraction of what it would cost elsewhere. I love that proceeds of the sales go to help people in need in the community. Also I discovered that items which can help handycapable children are picked up by a gentleman who restores them and gives them to children who can benefit from them. The staff have always been friendly and helpful to me and my family over the past few years I've been shopping here.
