  After waiting six weeks, we were hopeful finally finding an electrician in or near Arlington to use at our shop. We asked for a quote, and the employees started working without approval and told us either we pay for the work they did or they remove it all and leave. Once I mentioned we had a lower quote for double the work, one of the employees was rude. Will not use this company again even though they're mere miles from our offices. Could not be more disappointed with the 3 hours we spent on this to have the work done then removed. What took more than an hour to install was quickly undone in less than 10 minutes and the two employees stormed out without speaking to me again. We will never use this electric company again. UPDATE: Spoke to the owner Scott about our complaint. He said other than a “communication issue” he didn’t see the problem here. Don’t use this company. If you have problems, no one will care except a sweet receptionist with no power to help you.

  HAD AN ADDITION ADDED TO OUR HOUSE HERE IN ARLINGTON AND HALL ELEC INSTALLED ALL ELECTRIC ITEMS. CEILING FAN, REC LIGHTS, BATH LIGHTS, ALL OUTLETS AND SWITCHES. GOOD PRICE, GOOD SERVICE AND VERY TIMLELY.   We asked for a quote and they proceeded to do the work without our approval. Their quote was higher than others we had received, and they were rude to us after we addressed the need for just a quote. Very disappointed. Be prepared to be forced into work if you have them come out for a quote.
